The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research for Learning Management SaaS solutions to potentially replace an existing solution for the administration, registration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of e-learning and instructor led training, and other training activities for GSA and small external customers. The goal of this RFI is to determine the feasibility of partnering with vendors who have the capabilities and capacity to provide a SaaS solution along with the implementation and integration of their solution to support the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) objectives and desired solution capabilities as noted in the following sections. GSA is also interested in understanding the availability of coursework development support from vendors that offer and provide a response to this RFI for an LMS SaaS solution.
