The following is added to further clarify the response to Question #11. The contractor will be providing a FedRAMP Cloud platform (servers used for hosting software). Software will be installed on a FedRAMP cloud server. The software will run from a FedRAMP cloud service. FedRAMP certification is dependent on what information a tool handles. Any part of a system which handles sensitive information must be FedRAMP certified. FedRAMP is required for videoconferencing due to the potential for sensitive information being discussed. FedRAMP is not required for invoicing and reporting. FedRAMP is not required for the web-based portal used for service requests. The secure file transfer must be encrypted to Federal standards, however FedRAMP is not required. 25 August 2022 In addition to extending the closing date and time for receipt of quotes to September 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST, as noted below, the following changes are also made to the solicitation: RFQ Paragraph 5.2 – Live demonstrations will be scheduled for the week of September 12, 2022. Slide decks for these demonstrations are due September 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST. RFQ Paragraph 6.1.1 – Live demonstrations will be held remotely and scheduled for the week of September 12, 2022. RFQ Paragraph 6.1.4.2 – Past Performance questionnaires are due by September 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST. 23 August 2022 The closing date for this solicitation has been extended until 2 Sept 2022 at 1:00 PM EST as a result of questions received.
