This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (TIB-2021-RFQ-0006) is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Investment Consultant Services. The Government contemplates awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements with 10-year ordering periods resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offers represent the best value in terms of non-price and price factors as defined in this RFQ.
