The FRTIB Office of General Counsel (OGC) occasionally requires outside legal counsel services for specific legal issues that OGC is unable to resolve or advise upon because of the specialized nature of the issue. Accordingly, OGC seeks to establish a maximum of three multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) labor-hour contracts with law firms to obtain outside counsel services when required. Task orders issued under this contract will be issued on a labor hour basis. Attached is an updated version of the Vendor and Government Question Answer.
