The contractor shall provide non-personal services to the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) for the end-to-end administration of surveys focused on gaining insight into the satisfaction, perceptions, and behaviors of participants. Specifically, the Agency seeks a consultant to administer a Participant Satisfaction Survey, Financial Wellness Survey and other ad-hoc topical surveys.
