The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board’s Office of General Counsel is conducting market research for commercially available legal operations solutions supporting FOIA processing, eDiscovery, matter management, knowledge management, reporting, analytics, and related functions. They are interested in integrated, modular, or interoperable tools that improve efficiency, compliance, auditability, and reporting, including AI-enabled search and workflow capabilities, with integration into Microsoft 365. Vendors should have demonstrated experience in federal or similarly regulated environments and must identify at least three relevant implementations from the past five years. After reviewing submissions, FRTIB may invite selected vendors to participate in follow-on product demonstrations or capability discussions.
