The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to procure business consultant/analyst support services to evaluate the effectiveness of the current Learning Management System (LMS) and demonstrate three (3) to five (5) alternate LMS systems that could potentially be more compatible with FMCS’s needs. Please see Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for details. The purpose of Amendment #000001 is to answer vendor questions and answers (See QAs_1.pdf) and extend the quote due date to 5/6/2024 at 10AM EDT. The purpose of Amendment #000002 is to answer additional vendor questions and answers (See QAs_2.pdf).
