The contractor shall work directly with FMCS staff, with direct guidance from the Contracting Officer’s Representative, to ensure that a barrier analysis is completed in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive 715 (MD-715) and that the MD-715 Annual Report is successfully completed. In addition, the contractor shall provide barrier analysis and DEIA training to FMCS’s key stakeholders. See Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for details.
