There will be NO option years for this requirement. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to procure support and extended warranty for four (4) NetApp FAS8020 Storage Systems. Two (2) systems are located at 250 E Street SW, Washington DC 20427 and two (2) systems are located at 1120 Old Elkins Road, Buckhannon, WV 26201. All systems are currently under a support contract and are fully operational with no failed components. Please see Attachment 1 – Vendor Quote Sheet for details. NOTE: Quoter must be an Authorized NetApp Reseller and quotes must include genuine NetApp part numbers. Email is the preferred method of communication.
