The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service intends to award a labor hour purchase order to procure one (1) support specialist to assist with assessing, improving and/or developing the FMCS Physical Security program. See Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for details. Amendment #00001 dated 16 August 2021 deletes previous Attachment 1 - Statement of Work and adds revised Statement of Work. See "Attachment 1 - Statement of Work REV". This revised SOW: 1) adds Personnel Requirements and 2) adds a new task to develop a workplan for Physical Security Assessment (PSA) of FMCS Field Offices. Quote due date remains 8/30/2021. Amendment #00002 dated 18 August 2021 clarifies that FMCS anticipates a hybrid of remote and in-person work for this requirement, as the contractor will have to spend some time working at FMCS Headquarters since this location is the primary focus for the base year of the contract.
