The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to award a firm fixed priced purchase order to procure courses to certify 15 mediators in areas of crucial conversations, crucial accountability, and being an influencer so that they can teach the concepts and skills to the remaining FMCS mediators, and potentially other FMCS employees.
