The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to obtain instructors to lead courses designed for the FMCS’s Institute for Conflict Management (ICM). See Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for tasks to be potentially included in BPA Calls. The Government reserves the right during BPA administration to add additional tasks, as needs emerge, that are within the general scope of the Statement of Work. Each BPA will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) option years and will have a ceiling of $150,000.00. The solicitation and placement of orders under each BPA is not guaranteed. See Attachment 2 – Evaluation Criteria & Submission Instructions for details on evaluation factors, basis for award, and submission instructions.
