The Federal Housing Finance Agency requires the services of a firm that can provide independent verification and validation (IV&V) services for the Agency's legal support contracts. Although the primary focus of the requirement is for IV&V for legal services, FHFA may also request that the vendor review invoices submitted by expert consultants/witnesses and their associated support personnel to the extent that it is within the vendor's capability. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 541219, Other Accounting Services with a size standard of $22M.
