The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is seeking information from qualified, experienced vendors/contractor about a development effort to take our electronic filing redesign project to its completion, NextGen eFiling Phase 2. This development effort includes a modern, state of the art, cloud-based, secure, platform-independent electronic filing data application. The requirements of this development effort are described in Attachment 1: Draft Requirements. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential contractors as part of the FEC’s market research. From the RFI issue date and thereafter communications between respondent and the FEC shall be in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Officer. All questions regarding this RFI shall reference the RFI or draft requirements document page number and section number in question. Questions should be concisely stated and be numbered in sequential order. All questions shall be received by the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist, De'Shelle Williams, dwilliams@fec.gov, no later than 12:00 PM ET on December 29, 2020. Response will be provided via an amendment to the RFI. The respondent shall electronically submit to De'Shelle Williams, dwilliams@fec.gov, no later than 12:00PM ET on January 8, 2021. The respondent’s submission must be submitted in Microsoft Word or searchable Adobe .pdf format. All submissions shall not exceed 25 pages.
