This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested based on the requirements outlined in this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to acquire commercial services using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. This solicitation, 9531BP-22-Q-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed price type purchase order to acquire Media Distribution and Monitoring Services for the Communications Division at the Federal Election Commission. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 eff. 05/01/2022. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a Size Standard of 1000 employees. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. The contractor must bid on all Contract Line Items identified within the attached document. The Federal Election Commission Procurement Office - Washington DC has a requirement to procure media distribution and monitoring services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a base year and four option years. The Government intends to award, without discussions with offerors, a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose quote represents the Best Value to the government.
