Summary: This Solicitation is issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Legal Division, and seeks proposals from 1) all interested and capable U.S. law firms and 2) all interested and capable U.S. consulting firms, to serve as an independent transformation monitor as recommended in an April 2024 “Report for the Special Review Committee of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation” concerning the FDIC’s workplace culture, allegations of sexual harassment, and other interpersonal misconduct at the FDIC, as well as management’s response to that harassment and misconduct.
