This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice aims to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified interested sources (Small and Other than small) to perform a potential requirement. NEXT STEPS Interested Contractors are requested to review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and provide comments, concerns, and recommendations using the attached spreadsheet titled, “OMWI Barrier Analysis RFI Market Research Questionnaire - CTR RESPONSES”. Interested Contractors are requested to provide a capability statement that briefly describes previous and or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed within the SOW. No more than ten (10) pages total in length inclusive of the market research questionnaire spreadsheet Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc.) will not be considered All interested Contractors are invited to submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed within this notice All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management https://sam.gov. All documents submitted, will not be returned. All questions, comments, or any responses regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing, via email, with the subject line “OMWI Investigation of Barriers RFI (Insert Company Name)". Please insert your company’s name as part of the subject line. Responses are due no later than 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on September 30, 2024, to the Contracting Officer, Cherline Pierre, at email: cpierre@fdic.gov and Pamela Byrd at pamebyrd@fdic.gov. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Although this Sources Sought is using NAICS Code 541611 [CP1] (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services), we are open to recommendations for using other NAICS Codes that will better suite these efforts. The Government cost estimate/budget is confidential and cannot be provided to contractors. There are no current contracts or agreements in place that may affect the project. There are no requirements for travel to remote locations in this project as this time. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests Again, this notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government. This is a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought notice. All interested sources (Contractors) must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market research.
