FDIC seeks proposals for a Software Supply Chain Security Solution. Offerors must complete the Section B Price Schedule in the RFP and the separate Software Supply Chain Container Excel Worksheet, following all instructions. They must also complete the Pre-Award Supply Chain Risk Management spreadsheet and clearly provide contact information in the proposal. The RFP is non-transferable unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer, and Section 7.3.1-06 governs specific proposal submission instructions.
