The FDIC requires offerors to provide all documents specified in Provision 7.3.2-09 General Proposal Instructions, all items with matching Part Numbers in Attachment B1 – Price Schedule, and a completed Section K. Offerors must be an Authorized Reseller/Partner of JFrog or the OEM, and the contracting officer may contact JFrog to confirm reseller status. Offerors must also provide Attachment J-1 SCRM Information under Clause 7.1.2-03 Pre-Award Supply Chain Risk Management.
