The FDIC is seeking quotes for Fortra Subscription Maintenance, requiring offerors to complete the attached Price Schedule for all line items or risk rejection. Quotes must include applicable terms and conditions, EULA, or MSAs to be incorporated into any award, with the FDIC preferring Government-approved terms. Submissions should preferably separately include the Price Schedule/Quote, Section K Representations and Certifications, EULA/MSAs or warranty terms, any applicable pre-award SCRM information, a manufacturer Letter of Authorization, and any applicable proposed GSA Schedule or NASA SEWP contract. Evaluation will follow the criteria in Section M of the RFQ. Questions are due by 12:00 PM EST on September 28, 2026.
