The FDIC is seeking quotes for Quest subscription maintenance services. Offerors must complete the attached Price Schedule, as incomplete submissions will be rejected. Required components include representations and certifications, End User License Agreements or Master Services Agreements, warranty terms, pre-award SCRM information if applicable, a letter of authorization from the manufacturer, and a proposed GSA Schedule or NASA SEWP contract if available. Evaluation criteria are outlined in Section M of the RFQ. The FDIC prefers government-approved terms and conditions.
