As a result of this amendment, the following has occurred: Section B, Pricing Schedule is hereby amended and replaced in solicitation number CORHQ-25-Q-0258 (see attached). The due date for quotations has been extended through 2:00 p.m. September 19, 2025. Questions due no later than September 16, 2025 at 12:00pm. Each submission should have these components (preferably separated): 1. Price Schedule Worksheet (REQUIRED) 2. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED) 3.
