This solicitation is to renew FDIC's current ArcGIS Subscription licenes. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation formally invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0170 FDIC’s ArcGIS Subscription Licenses Requirement. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria. Each submission should have these components (preferably separated): Price Schedule or Quote (REQUIRED) Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED) Reseller/Partner Agreement or Certificate with ESRI (REQUIRED) EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions (If Applicable) Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on June 27, 2025. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on July 14, 2025. 7/1/2025 - Amendment 0001 is issued to respond to questions recieved. See attachments. 7/16/2025 - Amendment 0002 is issued to remove Option Periods from the requirement. The Offer due date is extended to July 18 at 10am EST.
