The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0112 for FDIC’s “Dell EMC Hardware and Software and related maintenance Services”. To submit a quote, offerors are required to utilize the attached Price Schedule (Section B – Pricing Template) to fill in the pricing for all line items required. QUOTES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 2:00PM MAY 1, 2025. Additionally, any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs shall be sent with your quote, (note: the FDIC prefers previously approved Governmental used terms). Lastly, offerors shall submit the completed attachment regarding SCRM with their quote. Failure to provide these documents may result in your quote being determined non-responsive. Thes following items are needed for a complete offer. (Please also refer to the attached solicitation for all requirements and instructions) Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications Price Schedule or Quote Proposed pricing EULA or MSAs – (i.e. Enterprise User License Agreement Terms) Clause 7.1.2-03 – Pre-Award Risk Management (SCRM) Information (required separate from pricing)
