The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes from offerors to provide services/goods associated with the IBM SoftwareXcel requirement as defined in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ is non-transferable, unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer. Please refer to the RFQ package for all the requirements of this acquisition. Offerors are encouraged to complete the attached Section B spreadsheet instead of completing the Section B within the solicitation itself. The spreadsheet contains formulas so you will only need to fill in unit pricing. Please be sure to clearly indicate on the proposal response all contact information (i.e. account representative name, email addresses and phone numbers). Offerors are shall pay particular attention to Section 7.3.1-06 “Identification and Delivery of Proposals-March 2009” of the RFQ for specific proposal submission instructions. Offerors are encouraged to follow up proposal submission to hamjackson@fdic.gov for verification of receipt purposes. Update: Amendment 1 has been issued for the IBM SoftwareXcel requirement. This amendment provides questions and answers regarding the solicitation and updates the price schedule. All offerors are required to acknowledge the amendment by signing and submitted it with their quote. The updated solicitation and spreadsheet is also attached to this email. Reminder: Please complete the Pre-Award SCRM spreadsheet and submit with your quotes. RFQ due date remains unchanged. To be considered for this opportunity, offerors shall provide all information required in the RFQ, on or before 1:00 p.m. EDT, Monday, May 19, 2025.
