Questions are due by May 9, 2025 at Noon Est. Questions recieved aftter this date will not be answered. All Offers/Quotes are due no later than May 30, 2025 at Noon Est. Offers recieved after this date will not be considered for award. Please read the solicitation and attachments fully. 5/13/2025 - Amendment 0001 is issued to answer questions recieved. See document in attachments. 6/3/2025 - Amendment 0002 is issued to answer questions recieved, update Clause 7.3.1-06 - Identification and Delvery of Proposals to request Proof of Authorized Reseller/Partnership with OpenText per the minimum technical requirements, and extend the offer due date to 6/6/2025 at Noon EST. AWARDEE MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER/PARTNER OF OPENTEXT.
