CORHQ-25-Q-0076-P00002 The purpose of this amendment is to change the evaluation methodology from Price Only to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and extend the due date for quotations. As a result of this amendment, the following has occurred: Section M has been updated to reflect the following change: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) – Evaluation Methodology (a) FDIC may award a contract to the responsive offer which is technically acceptable and has the lowest price. (b) After receipt and evaluation of proposals, FDIC may award a contract to the responsive offer which is technically acceptable and has the lowest price. Technical Acceptability will be determined by the offer meeting FDIC’s minimum technical requirement. Minimum Technical Requirements: •Offeror must provide ALL items with matching Part Numbers in Section B - Price Schedule. •Offeror must be an authorized reseller/partner of Trellix. The Lowest Priced Offeror will be asked to provide proof of Trellix reseller/partner status. (c) Proposals will be evaluated as either “acceptable” or “unacceptable”. If the offer cannot meet the minimum technical requirements. The offer will be deemed “unacceptable” The due date for quotations has been extended through 6:00 p.m. July 21, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This requirement is to procure a Trellix (FireEye) NX-IPS device for deploying at FDIC's new Dallas Texas (DTX) data center.
