The purpose of this amendment is to remove the following provisions and clauses which are waived, until further notice, for inclusion in solicitations and awards issued as of February 19, 2025: 7.3.2-03 Outreach Program: Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Concerns - 7.6.4-04 Fair Inclusion of Minorities and Women 7.3.2-53 Certification Regarding Fair Inclusion of Minorities and Women 7.5.6-03 Subcontracting Reporting 7.5.6-04 Approved Subcontractors and Consent to Subcontract – All clause language deleted and replaced with “Suspended Until Further Notice” 7.5.6-05 Subcontracting Plan Compliance 7.5.6-06 Evaluation of Subcontractor Plan 7.3.2-52 Equal Opportunity Certification 7.3.2-62 Equal Opportunity 7.3.2-63 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities Pure Storage Hardware Maintenance Please complete and submit the following information: Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact. (2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE. (3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT. All requested information shall be submitted to Christina V. The proposal due date under this RFQ is MARCH 25, 2025, by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
