This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 273FCC21Q0042 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990. This requirement is unrestricted. This is a “Request for Quote” to provide qualified personnel to provide trapping and nuisance feral swine removal within the Vero Beach, FL area. All duties required of the contractor shall be within the general scope of work required by the Commission, which is to trap and remove Nuisance Feral Swine compliance with Florida Department of Agricultural and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. The FCC plans to award a not-to-exceed firm fixed price (FFP) CLIN for this order. The FCC estimates that the period of performance for these services will be from date of award (approximately October 1, 2021) through September 30, 2022 for the base year and 3 additional option years. The FCC estimates that around 408 nuisances/traps will be removed per year. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. Please provide a quote stating your rates per nuisance/trap removal for the 2021 base year as well as the subsequent four option years. The Government intends to make a single award in response to this solicitation. Award may be made with no discussion; therefore, it is imperative that the quote provide sufficient detail to demonstrate the technical requirements can be met.
