The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to IPVM for the subscription of Internet Protocol Video Market (IPVM), which is an authority on physical security technology covering video surveillance, access control, weapons detection, and more. Access will be provided to agency staff, including OET, PSHSB, EB, and other FTEs focused on national security, who could benefit from IPVM’s research and tools. IPVM is the sole provider of the subscription software. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period (06/16/2025 – 06/15/2026) plus two (2) twelve-month option periods. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source, the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal or quote. Any challenges to this requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the government’s needs as stated herein. No responses to this special notice are anticipated. Any questions or comments shall be addressed to Ms. Priscilla Cruz at priscilla.cruz@fcc.gov.
