USAC, under FCC oversight, has issued an RFP to acquire an Enterprise Data Platform. The RFP describes the requested services and provides instructions on how to respond. USAC administers the Universal Service Fund and its support mechanisms, including High Cost, Lifeline, Rural Health Care, and Schools & Libraries. This is not a federal agency procurement, and any resulting contract will not be a subcontract under a federal prime contract.
