This is a solicitation for one (1) receiving scanner or signal analyzer to measure network coverage and network performance in Frequency Range 1 (FR1) bands between 450 MHz to 6 GHz and Frequency Range 2 (FR2) bands between 24 GHz to 40 GHz[RA1] . Also included are antennas with cables and mounts, shipping for the hardware, maintenance of the hardware for the first year and years two through four (2-4) of operations, and the software packages needed for measurement configuration, processing and export.
