See attachment titled, "273FCC24Q0016_Vendor_Question_Template_Government responses". The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires live open and post captioning of FCC open agenda meetings, press conferences, public workshops, field hearings, En-Banc hearings, public and internal training programs, and other events, over the course of the fiscal year. These events vary in requirements, length, geographic locations, and correlating FCC events. The FCC sponsors approximately 200 events annually. These programs take place at the FCC HQ Building in Washington, DC and other locations throughout the United States. The FCC will procure the services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a multiple award with two (2) vendors whose quotes are determined to be the lowest price technical acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
