Each jurisdiction sets its own requirements regarding CLE for attorneys licensed within that jurisdiction. EXIM attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other officers/employees of EXIM may have the need to conduct legal research on topics for which CLE materials may be relevant. To fill these requirements, EXIM seeks to award a firm-fixed price contract, for commercially available CLE legal training services. *** QanA is below. *** Closing Date extended to Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 5:00pm ET *** General Question—Can the agency please confirm that the end-user office is the Office of the General Counsel, Administrative Law Group? Yes; Requirement is for all of EXIM’s Office of the General Counsel (approximately 50 attorneys). Admin Law Group is SME program office. General Question—What is the anticipated date of award for this solicitation? As soon as possible; Desired start date is July 25th Section B.3.3 Period of Performance (Page 6)— Section B.2 (page 5) indicates that “Pricing for multi-year can be for two, three, four, or five years.” Section B.3.3 (page 6) indicates that the proposed term is for “one (1) year from the date of award.” Finally, Section B. 4 (page 7) states the period of performance requirements can include a “base year plus four option years, or in the alternative, a 3 to 5-year, multi-year contract”. Can the agency please clarify the desired contract term? Desired term is a multi-year contract which provides for a discounted price. Can the agency please clarify the desired contract start date? Desired start date is July 25th In the event that the agency wishes to see multiple options for potential periods of performance, will the agency please confirm that they want contractors to provide pricing for one base year plus four option years, three base years plus two options years, and five base years with no additional option years? Flexibility is the contractor’s choice. Multi-year contract which provides for a discounted price. Or base years plus option years if contractor is unable to do multi-year. Section D.1 Past Performance Questionnaire (Page 13)—The solicitation indicates on page 13 that contractors should provide details for three contacts in “the below table (Blocks 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0) to EXIM.” Blocks are not referenced in the table that follows. Can the agency please confirm that the table included on page 14 is the correct table for contractors to complete? Table is confirmed as correct.
