Scope is for FINANCIAL OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES for the Export Import Bank of the United States to provide commercial operational technical, aircraft-finance related or other EXIM transportation division transaction-related financial support services. Services shall include, but not be limited to, acting as an invoicing agent on deferral agreements, calculations of default/interest rates, generating/transmitting invoices, reconciling the payments against the transaction exposure, and tracking payments received. Contractor shall also provide these same financial support services regarding at-risk non-aircraft transactions, involving rail, rail infrastructure, maintenance, repair and overhaul services transactions, or any other complex, structured financial transaction experiencing financial difficulties due to, impacted by, or made worse following the COVID-19 global pandemic response, including support services for all EXIM TPMD or transportation division transactions, regardless of their nature.
