EXIM Bank seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for worldwide recovery assistance. The contractor will serve as a recovery firm principally collecting balances on certain paid claims under EXIM’s credit guarantee and insurance programs. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services needed to perform loan recovery services under the Performance Work Statement, except for Government-furnished property and services.
