EXIM Bank seeks to establish a BPA for loan recovery assistance in Peru. The recovery firm will principally collect balances of certain paid claims under EXIM Bank’s credit guarantee and insurance programs. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform the loan recovery services. Government-furnished property and services are excluded from the contractor’s responsibility. Full requirements are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement.
