EXIM Bank seeks to establish a BPA with a recovery firm to assist in Brazil by collecting balances on certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services to perform loan recovery services, except for government-furnished items.
