EXIM Bank intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for worldwide loan recovery assistance. The contractor will collect balances of certain paid claims under the bank's credit guarantee and insurance programs. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary, except for government-furnished property and services. Performance will occur worldwide. Full requirements are specified in the attached Performance Work Statement.
