Export-Import Bank of the US has a requirement for hosting/facilitating its annual conference (held in Washington, DC) annually, as described herein. The requirement includes all food and beverage, audio-visual, and space rental, with a base year, and four one-year option periods included. All applicable terms and conditions, etc., are as described in the attachment herein.
