This synopsis / solicitation is being extended to incorporate the following additional information into the SOW regarding audio-visual information: Ballroom Microphones Lavaliere for speakers At podium Lectern/podium Six club chairs plus small tables in between for water Lighting Sound system All equipment necessary for sound mixing, speakers, etc. Video cameras To show on screens in room To webcast Screens One large in middle and two on side Confidence Monitor Speaker Timer and Monitor Breakout Rooms Microphones Lavaliere for speakers Handheld for audience Q&A Sound system Video cameras for webcasting/recording Green room TV or screen to show what is happening on stage High-speed internet/WIFI Free WIFI for conference attendees
