More specifically, the contractor shall provide professional legal advice and, when necessary, legal representation, regarding (i) nuclear power sector project financings in the pre-application stage, (ii) other pre- or non-transactional nuclear sector matters, and (iii) any EXIM project post-closing involving troubled credits, including where the borrower or sponsor(s) is unable or unwilling pay.
