The Export-Import Bank of the United States (“EXIM Bank”) is the official export credit agency of the United States. EXIM Bank is an independent Executive Branch agency with a mission of supporting American jobs by facilitating the export of U.S. goods and services. This contract is for loan recovery assistance from an experienced debt collection/debt recovery firm that will be principally engaged in collecting balances of certain paid claims under the credit guarantee and insurance programs of EXIM Bank. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the monetary recovery services for claims and certain defaulted direct loans, as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items/services specified as Government furnished property and/or services.
