Contractor shall provide commercial professional development services. Services shall include, but are not limited to, workshops, lectures, seminars, training courses, provision of reference materials... Contractor shall provide commercial professional development services. Services shall include, but are not limited to, workshops, lectures, seminars, training courses, provision of reference materials, or any combination thereof. These services will be provided to the entire Office of Board Authorized Finance, approximately 95 individuals. These individuals are generally technical experts (loan officers, engineers) ranging from GS9 to Senior Leader levels.
