The Amendment also provides the Past Performance Eval document, as well as provides revisions to RFQ Attachments III & IV. ***************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) number 83310120Q0057. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments through FAC 2020-08 FAR revisions effective Aug 13, 2020, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $15.00 million. The Export-Import Bank of the US anticipates awarding a performance based firm fixed price purchase order for services necessary to perform the Comprehensive Review of Illicit Finance Risks. ****Businesses must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to the Government being able to utilize any company/firm as a vendor providing EXIM services.
