Amendment 1 Amendment 1 serves to answer all questions and no further questions will be accepted prior to RFP Final Due Date. The Final Due Date for this remains Monday July 27, 2020 at 2pm EST. EXIM Bank looks forward to receiving your proposal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) number 83310120Q0037. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments through FAC 2020-06 FAR revisions effective May 6, 2020, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541110, Offices of Lawyers or 541199 All Other Legal Services. The small business size standard is $11.00 million. The Export-Import Bank of the US anticipates awarding performance based, Labor-Hour, multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for legal and aircraft-finance related services and other related services as may be requested by the EXIM Office of General Council.
