The Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA), Mail and Logistics Management Office (MLMO) provides enterprise-wide parcel and mail support to all components that comprise the EOP. The Government requires a FedRAMP (FedRAMP.gov) Impact Level-Moderate Authorized, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Parcel Tracking System (PTS) software platform to meet this critical mission, ensuring the timely receipt, tracking, chain-of-custody, and delivery of all mail and packages. The Government requires that the FedRAMP Impact Level-Moderate Authorized COTS PTS software platform offer the optional addition of smart lockers for contactless parcel delivery. On a high level, in order to meet the needs of the Government, the solution shall have the following characteristics: Parcel Tracking Software Platform Built-in Smart Locker Component FedRAMP Moderate Impact Authorized U.S. based company IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO INTERESTED VENDORS Interested vendors are required to complete, sign and return the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form in order to receive a copy of the full solicitation, and other important information necessary to provide a complete proposal for this effort. Vendors who do not submit an NDA, will not be provided with the full combined synopsis/solicitation and will not be eligible for award. The signed NDA should be emailed to Franky Awuvey at franky.m.awuvey@oa.eop.gov and Gloria Norwood at Gloria.r.norwood@oa.eop.gov. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the Government will issue to the vendor the full combined synopsis/solicitation and associated attachments. Extension to the proposal deadline will not be granted solely due to lack of submission of an NDA in sufficient time to receive the full combined synopsis/solicitation. It is the interested vendor’s responsibility to submit NDAs in advance of the proposal deadline, in order to receive the full solicitation.
