Description – This synopsis shall serve as the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration’s notice of intent to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Vendor Bloomberg Financial L.P (UIC# PFDZJZ15N3R1) for a Subscription Services for real time financial and economic data. The period of performance is a 12-month base period plus four (4) option years. This is a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR subpart 6.3 Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized . This notice is valid until July 15, 2022. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated.
