The government may also use information received to better define their requirements. ** This is a Sources Sought (SS) Notice for the Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration (OA). This SS will be a two-step process 1st Step: Vendors must acknowledge interest and the ability to provide Real-Time Transcription services by signing the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any additional information can be sent out regarding this requirement. 2nd Step: Vendors who return signed NDAs will then be provided with further details of this requirement. This requirement identifies a need for real-time transcription services of audio transcripts for official public press events. If you are interested in participating in this SS, please respond to this announcement with the requested information by 3:00 PM EDT on 12 April 2024.
