2026 Senior Leaders Meeting
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires a full-service facility to host a 2.5-day agency-wide executive meeting for 60-65 participants, with catering for 70-85 attendees. The preferred dates are July 14-17, 2026, with primary event days from July 15-17. The facility must be located within 15 miles of the EEOC Headquarters at 131 M Street, NE, Washington, DC. The contractor must provide meeting space, lodging at or below the federal per diem rate, all specified audio-visual equipment and support, and comprehensive food and beverage services. The agency will award a firm fixed-price contract based on a best-value tradeoff, evaluating technical capability, past performance, and price.
